9 Critical Areas to master

For the past 10 years, I have been a evolving as a middle manager. I have had the
opportunity to work in some amazing locations : Paris / London / Singapore / Seoul
/ Sydney, in different industries : Media / Telecom / Banking / Aerospace, and finally
in different departments : Engineering / Delivery / Solution Architecture / Marketing / Sales.

I have been exposed to some interesting challenges : lack of confidence and experience (both in myself and others), lack of tools, toxic colleagues/managers, poor social skills or no communication/direction from leadership teams.

This short book aims at gathering insights both for myself and for you, and possibly for my next jobs/teams. It is coming both from personal experiences and the books I have read daily over the past decade.

I realise today that there is a gap in our education / training, as nothing prepares you to be a good manager. Therefore, this book is equally relevant to the young manager as it is to the C Level leader. And possibly anyone interested in that path.
